The scope of work for the Penn State University Health Parking Garage​ included production drawings of precast elements like double tees, columns, and architectural spandrels. The challenging part of the project was the modelling of reinforcement in critically shaped precast elements. Tekla was used to accurately model precast elements of different shapes, sizes, and slopes.

The challenging part of the project was modeling four wall panels in Tekla Structures with letters and seal of the County of Essex engraved on them as per the architectural requirement.
